1 - Free Shipping

For the United States, we process and ship orders five days a week, Monday through Friday. Currently, we offer free shipping across America for all purchases over $199.

For other countries, shipping fees are calculated based on weight, dimensions, method, and destination. This is automatically displayed before final purchase.

2 - Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment. You will receive a notification email with a tracking number.

United States: Orders are typically fulfilled through Amazon fulfillment centers.
International: Shipped via DHL Priority (approx. 5-7 business days). Note: Import taxes may apply based on your country's regulations.

3 - Customs Fee

Dabpress is not responsible for customs fees on international orders. Customs, duties, and other import fees are the sole responsibility of the receiving party.

4 - P.O. Box Restrictions

Please provide a street address. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes. If an order is undelivered for this reason, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.

5 - Damaged Shipment

Please inspect packaging upon arrival. If items arrive damaged, please send photos to rositek.press@gmail.com immediately so we can review and file a claim.

6 - Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing an order. If the order has already shipped, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

7 - Additional Information

We are not responsible for shipments lost or delayed in transit due to wrong or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
