1 - Free Shipping

  • For the United States, we process and ship orders five days a week, Monday through Friday. Currently, we offer free shipping to all over America for the entire purchase over $199.
  • For another country, the shipping fee is based on the order weight, its dimensions, shipping method, and delivery destination. It is automatically calculated and displayed to a customer before the purchase.

2 - Delivery Time

  • We usually process and ship our orders within 2-3 business day after payment done. And then you will get a notification email from our Shopify store with the updated tracking number.
  • To the orders from the United Sates, usually we only ship your packages through Amazon fulfillment center.
  • To the international orders, we are going to ship it out via DHL priority, It will take about 5-7 business days. You may be charged for the importing tax based on the rules of your country.

3 - Customs Fee

  • Rositek is not responsible for customs fees on international orders.customs, duties, and other import fees are the sole responsibility of the receiving party.

4 - P.O. Box

  • Please provide a street address, not a PO Box. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO boxes. If an order goes undelivered for this reason, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

5 - Damaged Shipment

  • Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival and make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrived damaged, please send photos to where we will review and file a claim for it.

6 - Cancellations & Refunds

  • Order cancellations must be received within 12 hours of placing an order. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Rositek reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders deemed fraudulent without prior notice.

7 - Additional Information

  • We are not responsible for shipment lost or delayed in transit if the shipping address submitted by the customer is wrong or incomplete. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
